REVIEW OF OUR INAUGURAL TASTING
Today we bring you a short summary of our inaugural tasting exclusive for Divinum Club members that took place last Friday, November 3rd. It was a fun and enjoyable tasting where we introduced ourselves to the world of wine and tasting, giving a few brushstrokes about elaborations, grapes, regions and styles, and learned to taste wine like a professional.
First of all we want to thank all the participants for their attendance, it is very nice to see how they get involved, they ask, they learn and, in short, we see how we create a very pleasant debate space where we all learn from everyone.
The wines tasted were 4: A white, a rosé, a red wine and a cava. We want to review the 4 most famous wine styles in terms of preparation. Here are the wines:
– Pagos de Valcerracín Verdejo: A Verdejo of quality of vineyards of 80 years of age. Elegant, fresh, with tropical, citrus and vegetable notes and a mineral aftertaste.
– Grans Moments Rosat La Festa Major: The most casual and fun range of Covides has this rosé made with Cabernet Sauvignon. A pink with body and very sweet nose.
– Rioja Bordon Crianza: A classic from Rioja that never fails, a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano, aged 12 months in selected barrels and at an unbeatable price.
– Cava Divinum Brut Nature: A traditional cava made with Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, and aged for 10 months in rhymes. Fresh, with a very well integrated bubble, silky and a long and fantastic finish in the mouth.
As we always say, our passion for the world of gastronomy, wines and spirits is such that we love to transmit this knowledge, creating a great community around it. That is why we are looking forward to the next tasting. Stay tuned because we will have news soon!
